How You Can Become a Truly Magnetic Leader

I am thrilled to announce that the Magnetic Leadership Program that I experienced and lauded effusively last month in my, “Five Signs You’re a Magnetic Leader” post is now available to you and your leadership teams!

Due to the tremendous success of the beta program in which participants said things like, “I have never been through a course that gave me so much insight to my leadership strengths and weaknesses in such a limited time,” ProfitAbility has announced two upcoming Magnetic Leadership events here in Chicago that are taking open enrollment for a limited number of seats:

• July 19 and 20 at Navy Pier in Chicago
• August 16 and 17 at Arlington Racetrack in Chicago’s NW suburbs

I am honored to be participating in both, 2-day events as a facilitator and coach, and am doing so because I believe wholeheartedly in the value of this program.

I laud its:

• Hands on approach: Participants actually lead a cohesive team to develop a vision and strategy, and are then tasked with implementing the strategy through a very tactical, hands-on experience.
• Immediate feedback: Leaders get real-time insights and feedback on their strengths and weaknesses with a clear understanding of the direct impact of their leadership style on the success of their team.
• Commitment to impactful coaching: Those playing CEO and COO roles get focused, one-on-one coaching on how to distill their feedback into a personal leadership development strategy for them to take back to the office and begin implementing immediately.
• Safe environment: Because of the nature of the simulation, the individual’s natural leadership style easily surfaces.  Given that this happens in a simulation rather than real-world situation, the leader is free to learn about themself without any downside.

Leaders walk away with a clear understanding of how to magnify their leadership strengths and with a thorough development plan for their leadership challenges.

To say that I give this program my heartiest recommendation would be an understatement!  This is, quite honestly, the first time I have felt strongly enough about a program to endorse it and create an affiliate relationship with its founders.
