This Work
You haven’t lost your drive.
But it's possible
you've lost yourself.
And there's a difference — one that matters enormously.
Your drive is still there. The discipline, the talent, the ability to walk into any room and perform at the highest level. That hasn’t gone anywhere.
But somewhere along
the way —
through the responsibilities,
the expectations,
The years of becoming
exactly who everyone needed you to be —
You lost the thread back to yourself.
Your heart isn't in it the way it used to be.
Not in the work.
Maybe not in anything right now…
…And the most disorienting part isn’t the detachment itself — it’s that from the outside, your life looks exactly like it should.
Nobody sees it. Nobody knows.
But you know.
And some quiet part of you has been wondering: Is this really my life?
Is this really all there is?
It Doesn't Need To Be
And the fact that you're here —
reading these words, on this page, right now —
Is not an accident.
You found this work for a reason.
MEET
I know this path because
I walked it.
Not a version of it. All of it.
The dizzying highs — leading a $750 million business unit, speaking at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland, earning every credential and accolade the corporate world offers.
And the crushing lows — losing my kidney function during two difficult pregnancies, rebuilding my career from nothing, discovering that an organization I had given everything to was not what it appeared to be.
And then the quietest, most devastating low of all — sitting in a role that looked impressive from the outside, knowing in my heart I was only there for a paycheck.
That the work that had once lit me up had become something I was simply enduring.
I know what it costs to keep performing when your heart has gone quiet.
I know what it feels like to wonder if this is really all there is.
And I know — because I lived it — that the moment everything changes doesn’t always arrive the way you expect it to.
For me, it arrived in an instant. A revelation so complete, so undeniable, that everything before it suddenly made sense — and everything I was meant to do next became utterly clear.
That moment changed everything.
And it is what I now create for others.
Lisa holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and spent decades at the highest levels of the corporate world — work that has been recognized in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Fast Company, and The Wall Street Journal.
She has been named one of Forbes’ Top Chief Marketers based on social influence, one of Inc. Magazine’s Top 100 Leadership Speakers, and has spoken at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.
And she walked away
from all of it.
Not because it wasn’t real. But because something more real was calling.
That is the journey she now guides others through — with the full weight of everything she has earned, and the hard-won wisdom of everything she has released.
There is nothing else like this work on the planet. And if you've found it — you were meant to..
